Throughout this process, clients gain valuable knowledge and insights about their reproductive health, which continue to benefit them even after the completion of our services. Due to the significant professional expertise, resources, and educational efforts invested during this stage, no refunds will be issued for preconception services once the process has commenced.

Refund Eligibility for Post-Conception Services

Refunds may only be considered for the post-conception portion of the service package if it is determined that our report or assessment was materially inaccurate.

Any refund request related to post-conception services must be submitted in writing, along with supporting documentation, for review by our team. Refund decisions will be made solely at the discretion of Uro Biologics after a thorough evaluation of the case.
