The services provided by Urobiologics are intended solely for fetal gender-related evaluation, gender planning, personal information, educational purposes, and personal curiosity.
Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or monitor any medical condition and should not be considered medical advice.
2. No Medical Advice
All reports, evaluations, information, and opinions provided by Urobiologics are for informational purposes only.
Customers should always consult a qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns, Pregnancy test, pregnancy-related decisions, or health conditions. Urobiologics does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment, or healthcare services.
3. Customer Responsibilities
By using our services, you confirm that:
You are legally authorized to purchase the services.
All information provided is accurate and complete.
Samples submitted are provided voluntarily.
The sample provider is, to the best of their knowledge, in generally good health and free from contagious diseases or infections.
All sample collection, packaging, and shipping instructions will be followed.
4. Accuracy and Limitations
Customers acknowledge that:
Results are based on proprietary testing methods.
No test is 100% accurate.
Results may occasionally be uncertain or inaccurate due to biological variations, sampling errors, shipping issues, or other factors beyond our control.
An inaccurate result does not indicate any medical condition affecting the mother, father, or fetus.
Urobiologics makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of any test result.
5. Privacy and Confidentiality
We use commercially reasonable procedures to maintain the confidentiality of customer information.
Information may only be disclosed:
With customer authorization;
As required by applicable law;
In response to lawful requests from regulatory or law enforcement authorities.
Customers may be contacted after testing for follow-up information related solely to fetal gender confirmation through ultrasound or birth records.
6. Consent to Information Disclosure
By using our services, customers voluntarily consent to the disclosure and collection of information necessary for service validation, quality assurance, and follow-up purposes.
This consent may be withdrawn at any time through a written request submitted to Urobiologics
7. Refund Policy
Preconception Services
All fees related to preconception testing and related services are strictly non-refundable.
Post-Conception Services
Refunds may be considered solely at the discretion of Urobiologics if credible evidence demonstrates that a report was inaccurate.
Valid supporting documentation may include:
Certified birth records
Medical documentation
Other official evidence acceptable to Urobiologics
If approved:
Only laboratory fees may be refunded.
Shipping, handling, processing, transaction, customs, and related fees are non-refundable.
Refund claims must be submitted within one (1) year following the birth of the child.
8. Order Cancellation
If an order is cancelled after payment:
A minimum processing fee may be retained to cover transaction costs.
Additional charges may apply for materials, shipping, packaging, and administrative expenses already incurred.
Once samples have been submitted or results have been delivered, payments become non-refundable.
9. Payment Authorization
By submitting payment information, customers certify that they are authorized to use the payment method provided.
Fraudulent use of payment instruments may be reported to the appropriate authorities.
Customers remain responsible for:
Chargeback fees
Collection expenses
Legal costs
Administrative charges arising from payment disputes
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Urobiologics shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, emotional, psychological, medical, financial, or other damages arising from:
Use of our services;
Reliance on test results;
Website content;
Delayed, lost, or damaged samples;
Inaccurate or inconclusive results.
Customer remedies are limited solely to refunds or repeat testing where expressly approved by Urobiologics
11. Website Disclaimer
All website content is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis without warranties of any kind.
Urobiologics disclaims all express and implied warranties, including but not limited to:
Merchantability
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy
Reliability
Non-infringement
Use of the website and services is entirely at the user’s own risk.
12. External Content
Comments, testimonials, opinions, discussions, or statements appearing on our website do not necessarily represent the views of Urobiologics and should not be considered scientific facts or medical advice.

14. Geographic Restrictions
We don’t accept orders from customers with Addresses from Indian, State of New York and State Maryland
